Alu Coil

Using molten primary aluminium, or by melting ingots and/or diverse scrap in the smelting furnace, the molten metal passes into a discontinuous casting machine which produces sheets of different sizes. The sheets obtained are heated prior to being rolled into coils.

Other than surface decoration, most building projects rely on aluminum coil to help design structures, doors, windows, ceilings, curtain wall profiles, pressure plates, color coating sheets, etc.

  • Description

Unlike flat sheets, a coil is a coiled piece of aluminum material. The core is a hollow cylinder on which the coiled material is wound, thereby forming the interior diameter of the coil itself. Depending on the application, coils can be heat treated, non-heat treated, diamond coated or tread, or pre-painted.
